What this website is — and is not
The content on this website is general information about owner dependency, transferability and business optionality. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, valuation or investment advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. ExitMatch is not a broker, valuer, accountant or M&A adviser, and nothing on this site is an offer to buy, sell or list a business.

The assessment and the diagnostic
- The free 5-minute assessment gives an indicative first read based on the answers you provide. It is a starting point, not a verdict.
- The ExitMatch Diagnostic is a structured, paid review. Its results also depend on the information provided.
- Neither is a valuation, an audit, a financial product, or a prediction or guarantee of any sale, price or transaction outcome.
- What you do with the results is your decision. Responsibility for business decisions stays with you.
Your part
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, to use the website and assessment for genuine purposes, and not to copy, scrape, resell or interfere with the site or its content.
Our content
The content of this website — including the ExitMatch name and logo, the Owner Gravity framework, the assessment and diagnostic structure, reports, text and graphics — is owned by Exit Match Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce or commercially use our content without written permission.
Third-party services
The assessment runs on ScoreApp and bookings run on Calendly. When you use those services you are also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law: the website and free assessment are provided as-is; we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site or on indicative assessment results; and our total liability in connection with the website is limited, at our election, to resupplying the relevant service or the amount you paid us for it.
